Spring has "officially" arrived, and we are bursting with color this month... you may need your sunglasses!
We are celebrating Easter in the Potting Shed! Herbs, moss, eggs, and rustic, weathered wood combined with beautiful spring colors! Just makes you want to host a heavenly brunch!
And although the ground is still frozen, we sure can start decorating the porch and our homes with "growing" things! Our newest contributor, Beth, has been busy arranging all kinds of luscious, live, green plants, bulbs, flowers, and succulents. They will definitely satisfy your green thumb until the real gardens can be planted! She's got all different styles and sizes, and they just bring the store to life...they'll do the same for your home;)
(FYI...That big cupboard that's always been 1 inch too tall for normal ceilings? It got a makeover, and now is 7'10", with a cool, chipboard back!)
Of course, April Showers mean we get to celebrate all the spring babies that are arriving! We love the soft yellows, corals, aquas, and greys that nurseries are being decorated with! Luann painted a beautiful changing table/dresser that would be a perfect anchor piece for that new arrival! We like the irony of using old crib rails in unique ways in the nursery: for the mobile, as a book rack, or even for receiving blankets.
Porch furniture is aplenty this month! Greens, blues, yellows...all the colors of the sky, grass, and trees that we so desperately want to see!
As you can see, Jodi's been sewing up a storm, and her new pillow creations are adorable! I just may need to get a "grow" to go with my "bloom" I got last month (...bloom and grow forever, Edellweiss, Edellweiss...)
The spring cleaning bug must have gotten into us, because we totally cleaned up our In the Rough area, to make it more easy for you to manuever back there! We know you like to dig, and we'll be adding more for you to be creative with!
Hope you can come celebrate Spring with us!
