Tis the season we begin to think about carving pumpkins. Last year our family used a drill to make fun and unique pumpkins for our front step. This year I wanted to try something different. I dug around our garage and on my husband's workbench and pulled together some junk.
The result, "Mr. Funky Junky Pumpkin". I didn't spend much time pulling this project together(it was cold and windy this morning). Had I spent a little bit more time, he could have had a few more features. Have to say it was fun using a hammer to decorate a pumpkin. I used screws because I liked their character and raised dimension better than plain nails.
We still have a huge pumpkin waiting to be carved and lit with a candle, because we all want the roasted pumpkin seeds.
