January...My Catch-Up Month

I often think, "oh the quiet days of January" during my busy fall schedule and packed calendar days of the Christmas season.  When in reality January is my catch-up month.

I'm closing out year end and prepping taxes from the previous year while opening a fresh calendar of new adventures for Patina General in the coming year.  January is our Winter Sale Occasional to clear the store and make way for fresh new items(that we need to work on to re-fill the store before February).

Our home is a clean slate from taking down the Christmas decorations.  The deep down cleaning starts, and the color choices of decor begin to take shape.  January is also my month to re-organize and de-clutter drawers, cupboards and closets one at a time. 

Just a "little" ironing to catch-up.
