I love these lockers! They give me so much sanity in our garage for organization and they give a burst of color to an otherwise colorless space.
The lockers were the largest pieces we retrieved and my favorite. Our kids were young at the time and these lockers were perfect for organizing all their stuff.
- Baseball Gloves
- Rollerblades
- Bottles of Blowing Bubbles & Sidewalk Chalk
- Sunscreen & Insect Repellent
Their items remained behind closed doors and the kids knew where to find their stuff and sometimes even put it back.
Now that our kids are big, the lockers serve a new purpose for my husband and me.
A happy sign of spring at our house is when the painting & gardening supplies can come out of the storage room in our basement and return to their rightful place in the lockers in our garage. Our storage room gets to breathe again because it gets a little tight in there when all the supplies come in for the winter. The power washer and poly sprayer return to the garage and are ready for action once again.
To our surprise we have a few empty lockers, but probably not for long. Some of the paint cans from the storage room will eventually migrate home to the lockers.
I think these type of lockers would be a great addition to a boys bedroom. Skip the dresser, put socks, t-shirts and sweatshirts in each locker.
